These beautiful hangings are some of the embroideries sewn in Abu Dis in the early days of CADFA, around ten years ago. These two were made by Saleema Sabbah, who was particularly good at sewing and embroidery.
We are very sorry to hear that she passed away some days ago, after a long illness. We send our deepest condolences to her family.
Her embroidery will always remind us of her.
