Twmpath Dawns — An Evening of Music, Dance & Solidarity
June 23 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm
Join us for a special evening celebrating Welsh and Palestinian culture, as we welcome a group of Palestinian women visiting Newport as part of a national tour of solidarity and awareness.
A Twmpath Dawns is a Welsh tradition of communal music and dance — joyful, inclusive, and open to all. This evening, that tradition meets Palestinian storytelling, song, and poetry in a night that promises to be warm, uplifting, and unforgettable.
The evening will feature live music, traditional Welsh dancing, poetry, song, and an open mic — a space where Welsh and Palestinian voices come together in friendship and solidarity.
You don’t need to know how to dance. You don’t need any experience. You just need to show up.
Places are limited — book your free ticket now
Organised by Newport PSC in collaboration with CADFA and the Place. All welcome. Bring your friends and family.
