CADFA were happy to celebrate International Women’s Day this year in London together with our local community centre KTCC. It was a great day! In the afternoon, women from CADFA and from KTCC shared skills of many sorts – languages, henna, egg-decoration, shiatsu, knitting, Bollywood dance. CADFA is officially 11

CADFA is actually over eleven years old, having got going in a meeting at the end of 2003, but our official launch date was 4th October 2005 when Ken Loach, Julie Christie and Ahdaf Soueif attended a packed meal in Daphne’s Restaurant, Camden Town, and the organisation was launched.
